Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At SculptedByJ, each set is meticulously handcrafted to order. Due to the bespoke and hygienic nature of our products, all purchases are final sale.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


LOST PACKAGES (SHIPPING EXCEPTION)

Refunds will only be issued in the event that a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier.

A package is considered lost if:

  • Tracking shows no movement for an extended period

  • The carrier confirms the package cannot be located.

Packages marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are not eligible to be considered lost.

SculptedByJ is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery to incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Carrier delays

If a package is officially confirmed lost, we will issue either:

  • A replacement set, or

  • A refund at our discretion.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear, unedited photos

Approved damaged claims will be resolved with a replacement. Refunds are not issued for damaged items.


FRAUD & CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

Any chargeback initiated for a delivered, custom-made product will be formally disputed with proof of shipment, delivery confirmation, and policy acknowledgment.

SculptedByJ reserves the right to refuse service to any customer engaging in fraudulent behavior.
